Please be advised that due to the escalating Covid-19 situation, as of Monday 23rd March Niavac has instructed all our engineers to stay at home (in keeping with Government guidelines and advice) and our premises are now closed.
As a result, all scheduled installations, service callouts & preventative maintenance visits will be suspended until further notice.
Niavac will continue to monitor emails and incoming calls with a skeletal staff who are now working from home.
In regard to systems under a service contract, we will make every effort to provide telephone & remote support to resolve any issues with these staff members.
We will continue to monitor events & will advise you as soon as possible as to when we will be in a position to resume normal service.
