Commissioning of systems on site after installation and to provide end user training
Liaising with the technical team to confirm technical product specifications, provide feedback on good / bad designs or solutions
Design / Technical support for the Technical / Sales team as required
Production of system testing and user documentation for projects
General AV Installation including Touchscreens / Digital Signage / PA etc.
Experience and Key Skills:
Highly organized with the ability to efficiently manage your own diary / work schedule
Ability to prioritise tasks, jobs and projects both autonomously and in conjunction with a team
Must be a team player with good communication skills
Broad AV knowledge covering PA, Projection, Video Conferencing, Control & LX (desirable)
Ability to read and understand technical documents and drawings
Personable individual who will often be the front of Niavac at client sites either for training or PPM visits
Trainee and experienced positions available
