AUDIO VISUAL INSTALLATION ENGINEER – FULL-TIME & FREELANCE
Key Role:
Installation / Commissioning of systems on site
Liaising with the technical team to confirm technical product specifications, provide feedback on good / bad designs or solutions
Design / Technical support for the Technical / Sales team as required
Production of system testing and user documentation for projects
General AV Installation including Touchscreens / Digital Signage / PA etc.
Criteria includes:
Highly organized with the ability to efficiently manage your own diary / work schedule
Ability to prioritise tasks, jobs and projects both autonomously and in conjunction with a team
Must be a team player with good communication skills
Broad AV knowledge covering PA, Projection, Video Conferencing, Control & LX (desirable)
Ability to read and understand technical documents and drawings
Personable individual who will often be the front of Niavac at client sites either for training or PPM

AUDIO VISUAL WAREHOUSE CO-ORDINATOR
Key Role:
Receiving and pick-listing orders
Loading vans for both Installation & Event Hire
Receiving and checking good inwards
Moving stock manually and with a forklift
Ensuring accurate completion of relevant documentation i.e. delivery dockets
Stock Taking
Criteria includes:
Experience in store/warehouse environment
GCSE Maths and English at C grade or above (or equivalent pass)
Excellent customer service skills
Good communication and numeracy skills
Manual handling ability
Ability to work as part of a team
Desirable criteria includes:
Experience specifically more than 2 years within the last 5 years
Valid forklift licence with experience
Awareness of health and safety
Full clean driving licence to assist with urgent deliveries

Equipment configuration pre and post install on Touchscreens / digital signage etc
Pre-sales demonstrations
After sales familiarisation demonstrations
