Niavac provided all the display, sound, lighting and AV support for the entire event which was attended by over 600 people and was the final in a series of events to mark the jubilee celebrations for the Club.
This exciting and extremely popular event have contracted Niavac to provide Live sound and broadcast feeds for all their Arena events throughout the UK.
WHAT PEOPLE SAY
The event was a huge success and the screen was a big part of that.
The service received from the team at Niavac was first class, the set up is a major operation and while we could see from the truck, the number of cases and the cables involved how big the process was the team exuded a sense of calm confidence which reassured us all that there would be no issues. Even with the tight time restriction placed on us by the venue, the Niavac team were able to work comfortably within the timescales and my client was able to sleep the night before their presentations knowing that the set up would be complete.
From start to finish the Niavac team was extremely impressive and even helped my client move fridges and assist with their set up.
Over the two days of the conference we had no technical glitches and everything ran smoothly.
Would not consider anyone else for future events.

“Just wanted to drop you a wee line to say that despite the pressure you guys were under last night, you did a brilliant job getting everything up and running and it all worked out perfectly. Can you pass on my thanks and appreciation to Gordy and Gareth. You all worked tirelessly aided by Lynas, Sean and myself helping them by setting up the mic stands and mics and wiring them up. We are now official roadies and available for hire lol! I’m looking forward to my summer break but pleased to have Niavac partnering with us again next season. You guys are fantastic. Have a great summer and hope you get sometime to soak up some rays or climb a mountain or run a marathon or WHATEVER! “.

I would be grateful if you could pass on our thanks to Connor, Steve and all the other guys who help on Friday with our leadership conference, especially Connor, who we’d be lost without! He is so helpful, accommodating and professional and he ensures our day/evening runs smoothly for us, which is very much appreciated.

Just a note to pass on my thanks for all your efforts at the Academy gig in the Armagh City Hotel on Saturday 3rd February.
I was not part of the Academy production team but was there to assist on the audio-visual front. I have attended many functions of this nature over many years where I have experienced the A-Z of live event production. The good, the bad and the downright dreadful. I would have to say that the professionalism, expertise and responsiveness of your team on Saturday was, in my opinion, unsurpassed. I was most impressed by the solution-ready approach of Connor and his team in dealing with a host of unscripted ‘moving objects’ which needed to be successfully parked on the evening . It greatly eases the burden for the often inexperienced producers of an event when the technical team’s skillset and toolset is matched by an exceptionally accommodating mind set. A word to the highly tuned sound guys who got it so right on the night. Nobody does it better.
