With over 40 years of dedication, innovation, and leadership, James has been instrumental in shaping the AV landscape in Northern Ireland and beyond. From humble beginnings, he has built Niavac into one of the region’s most respected AV solutions providers, known for its technical excellence, client service, and forward-thinking approach to live events, installations, and hybrid communications.

Throughout his career, James has championed quality, teamwork, and continuous innovation, earning the respect of peers across the UK and Ireland. His commitment to nurturing young talent and promoting the next generation of AV professionals has ensured that Niavac continues to thrive.
