Waterloo Ball 2025 – Full Technical Production by Niavac
We were proud to provide full technical production for the spectacular Value Car Parks Waterloo Ball, a high-profile black-tie gala that welcomed 600 guests under a luxury marquee at Shaw’s Bridge Sports Association.
Working alongside Callow Events, Niavac delivered a complete audio-visual experience to support a night of unforgettable entertainment, including performances by Boyzlife and the incredible Ibiza In Symphony 20-piece orchestra.
Our technical solution included:
• Absen LED walls delivering stunning visuals and dynamic content
• A fully integrated Yamaha digital sound desk for precise live audio control
• D&B Audio Technik speakers to ensure pristine sound across the entire venue
• A full Chauvet lighting rig, transforming the marquee with immersive lighting scenes
This event marked the 60th anniversary of Mencap NI and the 75th anniversary of The Lord’s Taverners, and helped raise an outstanding £135,000 in support of young people with disabilities across Northern Ireland.
From ambient lighting during the drinks reception to high-energy stage production during the headline acts, Niavac was proud to help bring every moment to life with precision and impact.
